UPS Activation

To request your activation, please read the considerations below:

Activation confirmed by an Engetron authorized service center will ensure the maintenance of the warranty for Double Way UPS systems.

Activation procedures are free of charge, provided they are completed in a single visit/service appointment.

Before we schedule the activation — and to optimize our team’s time at your company — we need to confirm some information about your infrastructure. This ensures that it is properly prepared, technically correct, and ready for UPS activation.

By submitting the form below, you acknowledge that you must meet all requirements of the general conditions presented, and you authorize Engetron to schedule and perform the activation.

Only one request must be submitted for each UPS to be activated.

General conditions:

• the UPS and battery bank must already be unpacked and in the installation location on the scheduled activation date;
• service will be performed during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• activation must occur within 60 days from the issuance date of the sales invoice;
• the customer acknowledges that storing batteries for more than 60 days without recharging them results in loss of warranty;
• electrical infrastructure must be ready and in accordance with the guidelines in the manual provided with the equipment;
• the Ethernet network point must be ready and enabled at the installation location of the UPS cabinet;
• in case of noncompliance with the general conditions described above, or if any special circumstances prevent activation and require a second visit, the additional visit will be charged.
